Consolidation & Data Management
In order to implement group-wide Controlling within the scope of Corporate Performance Management, the corporate data of different divisions, organizations or departments must be consolidated. The data often originates from different operating systems, and sites work with various planning tools and enterprise resource planning tools (ERP), etc.
For myBiQ, we have adapted a reliable, fully automated and secure module for data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL), which we call the “Data Integrator”. It provides users with fast and easy access to the data of group-wide source systems which the users can then process – without having to rely on the support of the IT department after implementation.

control transformations and data and metadata tasks via a user-friendly interface (GUI)

manage even complex data and dimensions (in particular, these include slowly changing dimensions)

trigger standard transformation tasks with an independent planning module and event manager, without negatively impacting the performance of the entire system

use our rule engine to define rules, posting rules, standards and metrics (e.g. currency conversions, statistical figures) which are automatically processed in batch mode at a specific time, for instance at night – or in online mode when the data is entered.
myBiQ, in conjunction with the ETL-Dataintegrator, allows you immediate and efficient access to all relevant corporate data, thus providing you with the information base to control your current corporate performance. The Open Source Technology used is based on Talend* or alternatively Pentaho's Kettle.
