Update on PaloKettle Connector Version 1.8

Version 1.8:

Some hints:
The preview is working, but depending on the size of the cube, may take too long ... So it seems to hang.
Therefor: Don't use the preview for large cubes.
We work on a select elements feature, to read from the cube only data, you selected beforehand.
As you would expect, that is also the case for reading cells from the cube.
Also here we are just working on a solution, should be available by mid of July.

Since 1.4 - 1.8:
Timing issues fixed, many other bugs identified and fixed, like no update in the GUI, when using a new connection
Perfomance much better, because now the Step writes in a batch mode, so not every single cell is written
