issues when setting up palo within myBiQ's framework, like ports to use, setting up the Financial Database, Access Control ...
Just download from http://www.jedox.com the latest Palo Build and install it locally or to a remote server according to the Palo Documentation. In myBiQ we use the same ports as in the Palo default settings:
7777 for the http protocol and 7779 for administration of the Palo Server by using a web browser.
In the case you install palo locally on a Windows PC, pls. enable during the setup the extended features for using the modeler within the Excel plugin.
