Pentaho Data Integration - former Kettle: PDI 3 how to setup the palokettle Plugin

We have added some enhancements and fixed some hard coded bugs from the Plugin as delivered by Stratebi and Ben from Danmark. Seems now the plugin is ready for daily life, real worls implementations:

1. You can create dimensions for attributes and fill the attribute cube
2. The elements are numeric or string as you define them
3. The incoming stream is properly converted

But we ran in some issues about the underlying jpalo API and version. So far we are using an older version, which you can download from our website.
