The Founder and people behind

3A-Strategy Global Advisory was founded in 1996 and has it's roots in Germany. Since 2001 we have beside Germany a track record for projects in financial analytics and professional services for project management office. We worked in the past for a number of large international enterprise customers.

 

myBiQ is a project of 3A-Strategy Global Advisory: Controlling, Portfolio Management & Relocation Inc. (in the US) and GmbH (in Germany). Our business areas include Management Consulting for IT projects, Controlling Consulting and Portfolio Management.

Some Background & the Developers of myBiQ

The idea for myBiQ came up during one of these projects. myBiQ was developed on the basis of the experience in international Controlling projects in the area of Portfolio Management. From the very start, we relied on a multidisciplinary team with specialists from multiple regions. The development was off-shored to various teams in India and Russia. 

Reference project EOS group, member of the OTTO Group

3A-Strategy implemented myBiQ 2006/2007 for the EOS Group (part of the OTTO group, www.eos-solutions.com). Up to 10 of our colleagues worked on this project, which lasted almost one year.

EOS is one of Europe’s leading providers of financial services for banking and insurance transactions which are not subject to administrative approval, with about 3,100 employees and 34 companies in 18 countries worldwide. The range of services includes Information Management in the business area, Receivables Management and Payables Management.

myBiQ ensures the consolidation of the financial and operative data of the entire EOS Group on a single platform. The base comprises accounting or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Great Plains, Sage, Lawson, local application programs of foreign offices and EOS-specific systems for Receivables Management, solutions for Customer Relationship Management (Fidibus, Kasys, Kollekto, Collector, Ikarus) and many different planning applications and systems for cost accounting and accounting (e.g. Professional Planner, Corporate Planner, Oracle Express).
